From the proximity of the angle, one can assume that the PCD is very close by. Part of a wooden post can be seen as well, and behind Sasuke, one can just barely see an open hallway of one of the Japanese-style houses.

The feed continues on in silence for several minutes before Sasuke finally speaks. His voice sounds a little off, like he had just seen something he really didn't expect to.]
