I've done all I can do for now. The pain should be mostly gone, but I'm not sure if it'll return. I think, for the next few hours at least, you should stay laying on your stomach. I can give you another healing session in a few hours, then we can try to see if you can support the wings as you walk, but you need rest before you can even think of trying that.
