[When the feed starts, Sasuke's bandaged back can be seen as he's rummaging through his closet for something. More like a specific shirt. Mouko wanders in while he's doing this, letting out a soft 'mew' before scurrying under Sasuke's outstretched arms and into the closet.]

Oi! Mouko, get out of there! I have to wash those!

[He lets out an exasperated sigh as he sits back on his heels, just staring at the mess he made.]

Where the hell is that--

[He stops when he spots something out of the corner of his eye and leans back into the closet to pull it out. An orange hoodie.]

... Where the hell are you, dumbass...

[He'll just take the teapot off the stove as soon as it whistles and finishes making Hitsu's tea before walking over and handing him the cup.]

If I went to Orochimaru in his time, then I doubt there's a chance of things turning around for him.

Naruto's never been able to sit still. He doesn't like monotonous routines. Animus saying he's been here five time just proves that he doesn't ever change, no matter what promises he's made to me about never leaving. [Pessimistic, ain't he?]

No one can keep those promises, Uchiha.

You might be underestimating just how irrationally determined and stubborn your friend really is.

[A hand through the hair as he sits down at the kitchen table before he just...folds his arms on the surface and lays his head down.]

[This time he didn't follow Uchiha, keeping his distance. One more thing to say that might be the complete opposite of what he should have said. But he felt he needed to say something, and it was all that would come out.]

Maybe he recognizes that here you're beginning outgrow the need for his constant support.

[He very purposefully spoke the two words as if something would have been wrong with Uchiha if he didn't miss his friend, not the other way around.]

[Stare. Mini faint scowl and Sasuke's getting back to his feet, though he's not sure what to do other than that. His body can't take the training he would normally storm out to do.]

[With a huff, the young shinigami captain finally strode across the room, but he bypassed Uchiha and the tea completely, motioning for the shinobi to follow him out back. Hitsugaya knew himself well enough to know what Uchiha would normally do in this situation, and although what he had planned wouldn't be nearly as satisfying for the frustrated Uchiha as hitting something really hard and fast, he hoped it could make him focus on something else for a while.]

Forget it. Follow me. I'll teach you a two-man kata.

[Sasuke took a deep breath before turning to follow Hitsugaya outside.]
