[When the feed starts, it shows nothing but a tree in front. Somewhere just outside of the city possibly, judging by the leaves that are on it. Behind the tree, the sky can be seen starting to lighten up, signaling that the sun's rising. Someone's out early, it seems.

After a couple of minute, there's a yell. Sasuke comes dropping in from the top of the screen, spinning as he comes in to land a kick on the poor tree. It connects, shaking it for a couple of seconds. As soon as it stops, it bursts with chidori, the leaves falling from it in waves.

The feed cuts out.

A few minutes later, it starts back up again, showing Sasuke with several scratches and somewhat exhausted. He's grinning.]

Anyone up for sparring? Sensei, Itachi, Lee? I'm up for anyone.

[Better to leave the gun where it is, then. Vincent watches Sasuke for a second, and then the dark light envelops him and the beats from Vincent's last post is here.

Galian Beast can take more damage than Vincent can, but there's a time limit, so it's best to make the best of it. The beast roars and charges.]

[OKAY THAT'S NEW. Sasuke's eyes widen slightly as he activates his Sharingan, but then he's just. Getting out of the way because what the fuck.]

[Vincent has never really known what exatly the Sharingan does, just that it gives some abilities.

Galian Beast is amazingly mobile given how much it must weigh. It whirls around and throws a paw in the direction of the young ninja. Vincent doesn't hold back. He only has about two minutes before he'll turn back.]

[He'll just narrowly duck under that while he speeds through a series of handseals. Two seconds later and he's spitting a giant fireball at the...giant thing.

Okay, maybe he needs to use something stronger.]

[Giant fireball. He's seen this one before, so avoiding it isn't too difficult. Plus ... he can do that one too. A fireball starts forming in the 'palm' of the beast's right hand. It's nowhere near as big or powerful as the one sasuke just spit out, but it's been known to fry a a small mammoth on occasion.

... only thirty seconds left. The beast's eyes are too intelligent, too Vincent, and he's counting.]

[Ffff, brb running away from it, he's burned himself enough. But here, have multiple fireballs aimed at the thing!]

[The beast avoids a some of them, and doesn't get out of the way for the others. There is singed hair and a very bad smell as it charges through them.

And then, mid-charge, the dark light evelops it again and Vincent is back. A few dark smudges are visible on the little bit of skin showing over the cape, but it's already starting to knit together.

He still doesn't take out his gun and goes for the hand to hand, clawed hand striking forward to catch the boy.]

[Just ducks under it, barely, and reaches out to grab that wrist before aiming to hit with an elbow.]

[There's metal grafted in and around his arm, from his fingertips to his elbow, so Vincent doesn't try to dodge the blow. In fact, he's quite curious to test that strength, and were it anyone else, it would be a good idea.

If Vincent were fighting for his life, he'd probably pull out Cerberus and shoot his traget in the head. In fact, his hand almost did it automatically. Instead, he crouches and aims to wipe the boy's feet from the ground with his leg.]

[He'll fall, but that doesn't stop him from aiming a kick to the knees.]

[Vincent's knees gives way, and he rolls away, before jumping behind the boy, aiming for a choke.]

Get serious, or you'll get hurt.

[He's rolling away, now, because dammit he likes his neck thank you :/]

[Vincent stands back up and smirks.]

Is that all ?

Hardly.

[And then he's charging for you, Vincent, and throwing a flurry of taijutsu at you.]

[Okay, that's better. Vincent crosses his arms in front of his chest to protect himself as well as he can while he tries to analyze what's going on here. No Sharingan, just his own eyes, so it's gonna take a little while.

The fighting style is familiar, and yet not, and Vincent is primarily a sniper and an assassin. He knows more than enough hand-to-hand, but it's not his speciality, and when people get that close to him it's uaully time to go for the kill.

So it's all he can do for now to try and parry the blows while trying to detect if there's a flaw somewhere. What makes it less tiring is the fact that he's just so much taller than Sasuke, with longer arms and legs.]

[If that's not going to work, then he'll just shake things up a little. Chidori tiem is go!]

[And here it is ! It looks nasty, all that crackling energy. Not unlike a Thunder Materia at all. Probably best to dodge that ...

Cuz yeah, touching it with the metal arm, that was so not a good idea. Vincent grits his teeth as the current goes through him, his teeth cutting into his lip and blood pouring down his chin.

The red cape starts flapping, but not because of the electrical current, and suddenly reforms into two huge, shredded bat-like wings. Vincent's eyes are now yellow, his hair standing on end (and one could think the chidori did it) and the metal claw is now Silver instead of gold, the skin more reptilian than before, with a few scales visible.

The ... creture wipes of the blood and spits it out.]

You pack a mean punch when you want to, kid. Didn't expect that, did you, Vince ? That's what you get for always blocking with the damn claw.

[What. The. Fuck.] ...Woah.

[The creature works the articulations of the metal-covered hand, chasing some remnants of electricity.]

I'm guessing Vincent didn't introduce me. Typical. No manners, that boy.

[A pause, as if he's listening to someone else speaking.]

Whatever. I'm Chaos. Vincent and I share bodyspace.

[Just...watch him distance himself. New person, dnw.]

Oooh, did I scare you ? I tend to do that to people. Silly humans always ...

[The voice cuts off in the middle of a sentence and the eyes slwoly turn back red and the hair falls back into place and the wings flap one last time before falling back around Vincent as his red cape. Vincent himself doesn't seem like he can stay up right now and falls on one knee, breathing hard.

He looks at Sasuke over the edge of his high collar, eyes more guarded than usual.]

Sorry about that.

You all right...?

[Vincent nods, but doesn't get up just yet.]

... That was ... quite something.

[Just...slowly approaches.]
