[It's more of an accident than anything that the PCD is turned on. The view shows at first Sasuke's hand pulling away with a roll of bandages, and then Sasuke's abdomen. It's partially scarred, mostly on the front. On his right side is an old snake tattoo, and he doesn't even seem to notice it. At first.
When he moves to start bandaging his abdomen, he starts off on the right side. It doesn't take long after that for him to actually, fucking finally notice that there's something different on him.
Like a tattoo. Which he just stares at. There is absolutely no recognition from him what-so-ever.]
... What the hell is that? Oi, Toushirou! I thought you were into dragons!
[Obviously teasing as he calls over his shoulder. Ah, and then he finally notices the PCD is onagain. But instead of picking it up and turning it off, he just says:]

[Then he turns it off.]

I'm not the one who discovered a tattoo of unknown origin. If you search through the PCD's archives to the general time of your parent's appearance, you should see him on the network. It won't tell you everything, but at least it can provide a timeline.
He isn't in Adstringendum any longer, at the very least.
