Gone. I waited all morning for him come back, and he... never did. The place just... felt empty too.

Have you checked inside his apartment? Maybe he's inside and he's hurt a-and he can't answer the door...?

Do you mind if I meet you at his apartment? Maybe we should sort through his things...see if there's anything he left behind.

[It takes Sakura about twenty minutes to get to Kakashi's apartment. She knocks lightly on the door before opening it and peering in.]

Sasuke? Are you in here?

Yeah.

[Sasuke walks on out of Kakashi's bedroom, Kakashi's swords in one hand.]

... Looks like we're the only ones left.

Yeah, it looks like it.

[She glances around the apartment and looks a little lost. She doesn't even know where to begin.]

Have you found anything other than his swords?

...A lot of stuff. There's some in his garage, too.

[Sasuke looks a little lost too as he runs a hand through his hair. Unlike Sakura, he's never been without Kakashi around.]

I can't believe he's gone...

Alright...we should check there after we look through the apartment.

[People close to her disappearing hits her hard every time. She's been left behind far too many times in her life.]

I know he's been a little distant lately...but I never thought he would disappear.

[Just a nod as he tries to keep himself together, even as he's tightly gripping the swords.]

... He's always been distant, but you'd know him better than me.

Yeah...that's true.

[She walks slowly around the main room of the apartment, looking at all the photos lined up on various tables. Kakashi had gathered so many memories while he was here...]

Look at this. It's a picture of all of us together...

[She carefully picks up the photo with her hand and studies it. It's their entire team, together and happy. How long had it been since they were all together here? There was another picture of Team Seven, one without Kakashi, near where she grabbed the last photo.]

[Sasuke followed Sakura with her eyes until she picked up the picture frame, then joined her at the table, standing next to her and staring down at the picture in what could only be described as awe.]

Maes-san has a camera...maybe that's how Kakashi got all these pictures?

[A tear steams down Sakura's face, though she doesn't let out any sound. She doesn't want their team to fall apart or separate...but this world is just making things harder than they need to be.]
