It should be obvious by now Madara's got everyone under his control. How he got the Animus to comply with him, I don't know, but in the end it's something every shinobi here should know:

I don't know if the other shinobi will be able to break it on their own, but since I'm the only other Uchiha here in Adstringendum - [Unfortunately for him, fortunately for Madara.] - I can help.

[When the video comes on, nothing can really be seen. There's a black butterfly blocking the view. The patpattering of the rain heard in the background signals that, where ever this is, it's outside.

It's a shame that nothing is hardly permanent here, isn't it? Hardly any honor in dying at all. [Sasuke's not alone.

The black butterfly on the screen flails a little, clinging desperately to the PCD as Sasuke's finger runs across it in a futile attempt to knock it off.

When Sasuke speaks next, his voice is even weaker. It takes more of an effort to talk.]

Even... Noah die... [There's just some small chuckling from Tyki, followed by the soft rustle of movement.]

There's something the residents here should know, especially if you weren't here last year.

Last year, Adstringéndum experienced a two-and-a-half-month period of blizzards, and waist-high, if not more, snow levels. Naturally, it would make gathering supplies and doing other mundane tasks extremely difficult, if not outright dangerous.

People had made proper preparations. However, all winter shops and winter wear outright disappeared during this time. Everyone was missing some article of clothing from their wardrobe, leaving the residents with nothing but light autumn wear and summer clothing.

While it's doubtful the Animus or whoever did it will do it again this year, it would be best to prepare as if it were alongside with regular winter preparations. Find residence if you don't have one. Request help with repairs even if you're going to stay there temporarily. Hawke's offered to help with that here.

On a completely different note, anyone have suggestions for Halloween?

Additionally, there are those within Adstringéndum that have the ability to manipulate the elements. Fire, ice, lightning, etc. If you need help during the winter to clear snow or whatever to make conditions more bearable, keep in mind you can call on these people too.
