It should be obvious by now Madara's got everyone under his control. How he got the Animus to comply with him, I don't know, but in the end it's something every shinobi here should know:

With people affected by different sins and virtues, the smart thing to do - obviously - would be to stay inside. Especially with Uchiha Madara on the war path.

Being a co-founder of Konoha, leader of Uchiha for so long, it isn't wise to confront him. A lot of you saw what he was capable of back in March, when he took control of the Kyuubi. It will be much, much worse as he is now. Consider yourself lucky if you only get away with injuries.

Stay indoors. If you come across him, do not provoke him. Retreat immediately. If you have nowhere to stay, I would suggest you come to Unohana's clinic at [x,y]. While she is also affected by this event, she will not allow anyone to leave, either. For the remainder of the week, you should be safe.

Don't play hero. It's not worth throwing your life away.

[Sasuke drops his PCD as he's running from room to room to room at Hitsugaya's place. Doors shut and open in quick succession as it's clear that Sasuke's looking for something, or rather, someone. Well, someone is frantically searching, anyway.
